Winity Offers Terms & Conditions

These Offers Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every promotional offer and referral program that WINITY makes available (each, an "Offer"). By taking part in any Offer listed below, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form part of, and are to be read together with, WINITY's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

WINITY may add, amend, or withdraw individual Offers by updating this page. The Last Updated date is the notice of change.

1. General Definitions

• User: An individual who holds an active WINITY account.
• Eligible Transaction: A card purchase made using a Winity Visa® Card that has fully settled. ATM cash withdrawals, Peer-to-Peer (P2P) transfers to other users, and transactions that are subsequently refunded, reversed, or disputed do not qualify.
• Settlement Rule: Any spend threshold referenced in an Offer below is met only once the qualifying transaction(s) are fully settled.

2. General Eligibility

• Must have an active, KYC-verified WINITY account to participate in or benefit from any Offer.
• WINITY will determine a user's eligibility to take part in or benefit from an Offer, acting reasonably and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Fraud & Abuse

WINITY reserves the right to cancel, withhold, or claw back any reward if fraudulent activity, self-referral, fake accounts, disposable emails, or transaction-reversal schemes are witnessed, and to disqualify the associated account. This applies across all Offers listed under these Terms.

4. Legal Provisions

These offers are promotional only and have no other recourse. For all other terms, please refer to our Terms and Conditions page.

5. Termination and Updates

• WINITY reserves the right to terminate or modify these Terms, or any individual Offer, at any point for any reason.
• WINITY reserves the right to change any reward amount, spend requirement, or vesting period for any Offer at its sole discretion. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
• WINITY reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Offer/Promotion at its discretion at any point in time.

Offer 1: New Member Offer

Applies once to new users who create a WINITY account and complete KYC.

• Eligibility: New WINITY user who completes KYC and activates their account.
• Qualifying Criteria: Completes Eligible Transactions totaling a minimum of $25.00 USD.
• Reward: A flat $1.00 USD reward (calculated as 4% of the $25.00 qualifying threshold), issued once the $25.00 minimum spend threshold is met and settled.
• Distribution: Credited directly to the user's Winity wallet.
• Vesting & Lockup: Earned reward credit is subject to a 30–60 day holding window from the date of the qualifying transaction's settlement before becoming eligible for withdrawal or transfer.

Offer 2: Winity Loop Referral Program

Applies to all users who refer new users via a unique referral link or code.

2.1 Roles

• Referrer: Must be an existing, KYCed WINITY user.
• Referee: Must be a new WINITY user who signs up using the Referrer's unique link/code, completes KYC, and activates their account.

2.2 Qualifying "Successful Referral" Criteria

A referral is deemed successful when the Referee:

• Signs up using a valid, unique referral link or code.
• Passes KYC verification.
• Completes eligible transactions with an aggregate value of no less than $10 USD.

2.3 Reward Structure & Redemption

• Upon each Successful Referral, the Referrer receives $0.20 USD.
• Once a Referrer accumulates 5 Successful Referrals, their reward total ($1.00 USD) becomes claimable.
• Vesting & Lockup: Earned referral credits are subject to a 30–60 day holding window from the date of the qualifying transaction's settlement before becoming eligible for withdrawal or transfer.
• Non-Transferable: Referral links, codes, and unvested reward credits are for personal use only and cannot be sold or transferred to third parties.

2.4 Restrictions and Conduct

• No Spam: No unsolicited bulk messages (Email, SMS, Social Media) or automated scripts/bots to distribute referral links.
• No Paid Advertising: May not use the "WINITY" name, trademark, or logo in paid search advertising, or represent yourself as an authorized agent or employee of WINITY.
• Prohibited Content: Referral links must not be shared in contexts promoting illegal activity, violence, discrimination, or offensive material.
