Winity Creator Challenge Terms & Conditions

These Creator Challenge Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Winity Creator Challenge (the "Challenge"). By taking part, you agree to these Terms, which are to be read together with WINITY's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Submit completed tasks at the Challenge submission form. Challenge details are published at winity.life/creator-challenge.

Any personal data or analytics you provide will be handled according to WINITY's Privacy Policy.

1. General definitions

• Participant: An individual who submits content for review under the Challenge.
• Task: A defined creative assignment published by WINITY for a monthly round, with a fixed reward amount and selection cap.
• Monthly round: A 30-day submission window during which the published tasks for that month are open.
• Eligible submission: A submission that meets the task brief, submission form requirements, and these Terms, and is not disqualified under Section 8.
• Approved submission: An eligible submission that WINITY selects as one of up to 30 qualifying entries for a Task in a monthly round, based on brief fit, originality, quality, and compliance with these Terms.
• Reward: A fixed USD promotional amount issued for an approved submission, as published for the relevant Task.
• Eligible Winity account: An active WINITY account in good standing with completed identity verification (KYC) and a valid registered email linked to that account.
• Substantially Identical Content: Content that is materially the same submission, including minor edits, re-uploads, format changes, or substantially unchanged versions submitted through another account or handle.

2. Open participation

The Challenge is open to the public. You do not need to be an existing creator, influencer, or Winity user to start, subject to applicable local laws and platform rules.

Participants must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher, to participate and receive rewards.

WINITY may restrict or exclude participation from any country, territory, person, or category where participation, promotion, reward issuance, KYC, payment, or other legal requirements would make the Challenge unlawful or impracticable.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful in their place of residence.

3. Challenge period and monthly rounds

The Challenge runs from 25th August 2026 to 30th November 2026.

WINITY publishes the task list for each month on the Challenge page. Each month is a separate monthly round with its own submission window, review and selection period, and reward issuance cycle.

Qualifying submissions must be completed, published, and submitted during the relevant monthly round.

4. Account required to receive rewards

To receive rewards, one must have an eligible active Winity account with completed KYC, and provide the registered email or User ID linked to that account by the payout date.

Submission does not require a Winity account. Reward issuance does.

5. Selection and reward caps

Each Task has a cap of 30 approved submissions per monthly round.

After the submission window for a monthly round closes, WINITY reviews all eligible submissions for each Task and selects up to 30 to approve for the published reward. Selection is completed in batch at the end of the round, not on a first-come-first-served basis.

Meeting the task requirements makes a submission eligible for review. It does not guarantee approval or a reward. If more than 30 eligible submissions are received for a Task, WINITY selects the entries that best meet the brief and these Terms.

Reward amounts and selection caps for each Task are published on the Challenge page for the relevant monthly round.

6. One reward per Task per round

Each participant is limited to one reward per Task per monthly round.

WINITY does not accept multiple submissions of the same Task from the same participant, account, social media handle, or substantially identical content presented as a new entry.

For video Tasks that require posting on two platforms, one original video asset counts as one submission and one reward, not one reward per platform.

7. Approval standard

WINITY approves submissions for reward only when they are selected as one of the up to 30 qualifying entries for that Task. Selection is based on:

1. Original work created by the participant;
2. Publication on the required platform(s) in native format;
3. Consistency with the published task brief;
4. Compliance with these Terms, applicable law, and platform rules;
5. Quality, clarity, and accuracy of the content;
6. Complete submission details on the Challenge submission form and in the task brief.

Submissions that are not approved do not receive a reward.

8. Ineligible content and conduct

The following are ineligible and result in rejection, reversal of an approved reward, or exclusion from the Challenge:

• Paid ads, boosted posts, purchased traffic, clip-farm distribution, SMM-panel activity, or other manipulated reach used to promote the submission;
• Botted, automated, fraudulent, or recycled engagement;
• Duplicate accounts, duplicate submissions, or self-dealing;
• Copied, templated, or substantially reused WINITY marketing assets presented as original creator work;
• False, misleading, or unsupported product, savings, investment, or earnings claims;
• Content removed before the required availability period;
• Sensitive personal, card, or account details shown in submitted recordings or screenshots;
• Any request for, offer of, or reward tied to an App Store or Play Store rating or review;
• Any attempt to game verification, impersonate another person, or submit work you did not create.

9. Content availability

Public posts must remain live and accessible for at least 30 calendar days from the date of submission where the format or platform allows.

If content is deleted, hidden, or made unavailable before the required period without WINITY's prior written consent, WINITY rejects the submission or reverses the approved reward for that Task.

10. Review, selection, and reward timing

Each monthly round follows this schedule:

1. Submission window: 30 days;
2. Review and selection period: 30 days after the submission window closes. WINITY reviews eligible submissions and selects up to 30 approved submissions per Task during this period;
3. Reward issuance window: rewards for approved submissions in that round are issued within 15 days after the review and selection period closes.

From the date of submission within a round:

• A participant who submits on day 1 of a round receives an approved reward within 76 calendar days if selected;
• A participant who submits on the last day of a round receives an approved reward within 45 calendar days if selected.

Submission, selection, and reward issuance are separate steps. Only approved submissions receive rewards.

Approved rewards are credited to the participant's Eligible Winity account wallet.

11. Reposting rights

By submitting public content, the participant grants WINITY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to repost, reproduce, and display your approved content on WINITY-owned organic social channels, with creator credit where practicable, for Challenge promotion and reporting.

12. Challenge changes

WINITY can add, amend, pause, replace, or end the Challenge, any monthly round, or any Task at any time.

If WINITY changes reward amounts, task requirements, selection criteria, or reward timing for a future monthly round, the updated terms for that round are published before or when the round opens. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated round terms.

13. Fraud, reversal, and exclusion

WINITY rejects, withholds, reverses, or reclaims any reward when fraudulent activity, manipulated submissions, duplicate accounts, prohibited content, or breach of these Terms is identified, and excludes the associated participant from the Challenge.

14. No employment relationship

Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, fiduciary, or joint-venture relationship between the Participant and WINITY. Participants are independent participants and are responsible for their own equipment, costs, taxes, and legal obligations.

15. Taxes and local rules

Participants are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, and local laws that apply to rewards received.

16. Promotional only

The Challenge is promotional only. Rewards are not wages, investment returns, or guaranteed income. A reward requires submission, verification, selection, and approval under these Terms.

17. Privacy and Records

WINITY may retain submission records, verification results, evidence, analytics, communications, and fraud-prevention records for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the Challenge, investigate disputes or fraud, comply with legal obligations, and protect the integrity of the program, subject to its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

While filming or taking pictures, participants must cover card numbers, CVV, OTP, names, and any other personal details. Participants should not submit unnecessary personal, financial, authentication, or confidential information in public content. WINITY is not responsible for information a participant chooses to publish.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms should be governed by the law and dispute-resolution procedure applicable to the WINITY legal entity sponsoring the Challenge, as stated in the final published version.
