Introduction

These Referral Program Terms govern your participation in the Winity Loop program. By generating or sharing your unique referral link/code and maintaining interactions with the program (whether or not you are successfully enrolled in it), you agree to these terms, which are integrated into WINITY’s general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

• Referrer: Must be a WINITY user in good standing, have successfully passed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, and maintain an active account.
• Referee (The Friend): Must be a new user who has never previously created a WINITY account, submitted an application, or held a Winity Card.
• One Account Limit: The Referral Program is limited to one account per individual.

2. Qualifying “Successful Referral” Criteria

A referral is deemed “Successful” and the reward will be issued only when the Referee completes the following steps:

• Registration: Signs up for a WINITY account using a valid unique referral link or code.
• Verification: Successfully passes KYC identity verification.
• Eligible Spend: Completes transactions totaling a minimum of $10.00 USD using their Winity Visa® Card.

Note: The $10.00 threshold is met once transactions are fully settled. ATM withdrawals, P2P transfers to other users, and transactions that are subsequently refunded or reversed do not count toward this total.

3. Reward Structure

• The Bonus: Upon a Successful Referral, both the Referrer and the Referee will receive a $2.00 USD cash reward.
• Distribution: Rewards are credited directly to the users’ respective Winity wallets.
• Non-Transferable: Referral Links and codes are intended for personal use and cannot be sold or transferred to third parties.

4. Restrictions and Conduct

To ensure a fair community environment, participants agree to the following:

• No Spam: You may not send unsolicited messages (Email, SMS, or Social Media) or use automated scripts/bots to distribute links.
• No Professional Advertising: You may not use the “WINITY” name or logo in paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads) or represent yourself as an authorized agent/employee of WINITY.
• Prohibited Content: Links must not be shared in contexts that promote violence, discrimination, or offensive material.
• Fraud: Any attempt to “farm” rewards through self-referral or fake accounts will result in immediate disqualification and account termination.

5. Termination and Updates

• Right to Terminate: WINITY may terminate these Referral Terms or the Program at any point for any reason, upon with reasonable notice (via app, website, or email).
• Modifications: WINITY reserves the right to change the reward amount or the spend requirement at its sole discretion. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

6. Legal Provisions

• Liability: WINITY’s maximum liability for damages under these terms is limited to the total Referral Credits paid to you in the one-month period preceding an incident.
• Taxes: Participants are solely responsible for any tax reporting or obligations resulting from the receipt of cash bonuses.
• Data Privacy: Personal data collected during this program is handled in accordance with the WINITY Privacy Policy and in compliance with all applicable laws.

By your continued use of this site and its associated services, you unequivocally waive your right completely to avail yourself to any class action remedies or to commence any class action proceedings against WINITY.
