These terms govern your participation in the Free Exclusive Physical Card Campaign. By requesting an Exclusive physical card, you agree to the eligibility criteria and conditions outlined below.

Introduction

These Campaign Terms govern your participation in the “Free Exclusive Physical Card Campaign” promotion. By participating in this campaign (whether by requesting a card or utilizing the Exclusive physical card), you agree to these terms, which are integrated into WINITY’s general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

To participate, users must meet all of the following requirements:
  • Verified Members: Must have successfully passed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification in accordance with platform requirements.
  • Spending Requirement: Must have completed a minimum cumulative spend of $25.00 USD (or equivalent in supported currencies) using their Winity Exclusive Virtual Card.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
  • Geographic Availability: Eligibility may vary by jurisdiction. Availability is subject to local regulations and compliance checks.
  • One Card Limit: This promotional offer is limited to one (1) free Exclusive physical card per member account.

WINITY reserves the right to verify eligibility and may request additional documentation. WINITY reserves the right to approve or decline card issuance at its sole discretion.

2. Qualifying Transaction Criteria

For the spending requirement outlined in Section 1, the following transaction types count toward the $25.00 USD minimum:
  • Point-of-sale purchases (online or in-store)
  • Contactless tap-to-pay transactions
  • Card-not-present transactions
Excluded Transactions:
  • ATM withdrawals
  • Peer-to-peer transfers within Winity
  • Deposits or balance top-ups
  • Fees or charges
  • Refunded or reversed transactions
  • Transactions flagged as fraudulent or suspicious

Note: Transactions are considered valid once fully settled.

3. Card Issuance & Platform Process

  • Request Process: Exclusive physical card requests are temporarily processed via an external request form while in-app functionality is being updated.
  • Data Use: Information submitted through the form will be used solely for card fulfillment and delivery coordination.
  • Delivery Address: Members must provide a valid delivery address and confirm whether the delivery address differs from their registered residential address.
  • Compliance Checks: Card requests are subject to final compliance checks and platform approval before processing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Logistics Partners: Exclusive physical cards are issued by Winity’s licensed card issuer and shipped via approved logistics partners, including Aramex.
  • Estimated Timelines (subject to change):
    • Card production and dispatch from issuer: approximately 3 weeks
    • Courier transit (Aramex): approximately 8 days
    • Total estimated end-user delivery: approximately 3–4 weeks
  • Timeline Disclaimer: Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on destination, customs clearance, local courier conditions, and regulatory checks.
  • Liability: WINITY is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

5. Shipping Fees & Platform-Specific Conditions

Shipping fees may apply depending on your platform for the Exclusive physical card:

Apple Users:
  • No delivery fee is charged as part of this Campaign.
  • Users are required to accept card delivery to proceed.
Android Users:
  • A delivery-related charge may apply where applicable, the required amount will be credited to the user’s Winity wallet and applied at the point of order confirmation
  • Users must explicitly acknowledge and accept any applicable delivery charge

Important: Shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once card processing has commenced.

6. Tracking & Proof of Shipment

  • Tracking Reference: Once Exclusive physical cards are received by the courier, an airway bill / tracking reference will be generated.
  • Distribution: Tracking details will be shared with customers when available via email and in-app notifications.
  • Third-Party Delays: WINITY is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

  • User Responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is complete and accurate at the time of submission.
  • Failed Deliveries: WINITY is not liable for failed deliveries of the Exclusive physical card resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Re-shipment: Re-shipment, if possible, may be subject to additional fees at WINITY’s discretion.
  • Confirmation: Delivery confirmation and tracking (where available) will be provided via email and in-app notifications.

8. Card Activation & Use

  • Activation Required: Receipt of an Exclusive physical card does not guarantee activation. Cards are subject to final compliance checks and platform approval.
  • Activation Process: Upon receiving the Exclusive physical card, members must activate it through the Winity mobile app before use.
  • Governing Terms: Use of the Exclusive physical card is governed by the Winity Life Card Terms and applicable card program rules.
  • Transaction Limits: All card transactions are subject to available account balance and applicable spending limits.

9. Termination and Modifications

  • Right to Terminate: WINITY reserves the right to terminate these Campaign Terms or the promotion at any point for any reason, with reasonable notice.
  • Modifications: WINITY reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria, shipping fees, delivery timelines, or any other terms and conditions of this campaign at its sole discretion. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
  • Campaign Updates: Any updates will be reflected on winity.life or communicated through official Winity channels. Members will be notified of material changes via email and in-app notification where reasonably possible.
  • Availability Controls: WINITY reserves the right to limit Exclusive physical card issuance based on availability, compliance requirements, or operational constraints.

10. Fraud Prevention & Account Security

  • Fraud Detection: WINITY employs fraud detection systems to protect members and the platform.
  • Disqualification Grounds: Accounts exhibiting suspicious activity, including but not limited to:
    • Artificial spending patterns designed solely to reach the $25 threshold
    • Use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods
    • Multiple accounts or identity fraud
    • Violation of Terms of Service
    may be disqualified from the Campaign and subject to account suspension or termination.
  • Final Decision: WINITY’s decision regarding fraud or suspicious activity is final.

11. Legal Provisions

  • Liability: WINITY’s maximum liability for damages under these terms is limited to the value of card issuance and shipping costs. WINITY is not responsible for:
    • Delays or failures in card production or delivery beyond its reasonable control
    • Lost or stolen cards after delivery confirmation
    • Consequential or indirect damages arising from participation in this Campaign
  • Warranty Disclaimer: The free Exclusive physical card is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
  • Severability: If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

12. Data Privacy

  • Privacy Policy: Personal information collected through this Campaign is handled in accordance with the WINITY Privacy Policy, available at https://winity.life/legal/privacypolicy/, and in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Consent: By participating, members consent to the collection and processing of data necessary to administer the Campaign, including order fulfillment and delivery coordination for the Exclusive physical card.

13. Governing Terms

These Campaign Terms & Conditions operate in conjunction with the general WINITY Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, the primary WINITY Terms of Use shall prevail.

By your continued use of this site and its associated services in relation to this Campaign, you agree to these terms in their entirety.

14. General Provisions

  • No Cash Value: The free Exclusive physical card has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
  • No Combination: This Campaign cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Replacement Cards: Replacement cards for lost, stolen, or damaged Exclusive physical cards will incur standard replacement fees.
