Introduction

By participating in the “CNY Tiered Spend Rewards” promotion (the “Promotion”), users agree to these Terms & Conditions, which operate in conjunction with Winity’s general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, Winity’s general Terms of Use shall prevail.

1. Promotion Period & Eligibility

Promotion Period: The Promotion runs from 17 February 2026 to 3 March 2026 (inclusive).

Eligibility Requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Maintain an active Winity account with successfully completed KYC verification.
• Comply with all applicable laws and internal compliance controls.

2. Eligible Transactions & Base Rewards

The Promotion applies to eligible settled Winity Card purchase transactions. Pending or authorized transactions do not qualify until settlement is complete within the Promotion Period.

Base Earn Rate: 1 Winity Point per USD $10 of eligible spend (calculated as floor(spend ÷ 10)).

3. Per-Transaction Multipliers (Tiered Rewards)

Eligible settled transactions earn Winity Points at a boosted rate based on the single transaction amount:

• Bronze (2×): Single transaction ≥ USD $10
• Silver (4×): Single transaction ≥ USD $25
• Gold (6×): Single transaction ≥ USD $50

Note: Tiers do not stack; only the highest qualifying multiplier applies per transaction.

4. Cumulative Spend Milestones

Reach total cumulative eligible spend thresholds during the Promotion Period to earn bonus points:

• Milestone 1: ≥ USD $100 total spend → 12 Winity Points
• Milestone 2: ≥ USD $200 total spend → 30 Winity Points (Additional)

Milestone bonuses are additive. Users reaching USD $200 total spend receive 42 total bonus points.

5. Raffle Entry

• Receive 1 raffle entry for each eligible settled transaction of USD $50 or more.
• Prize: 5,000 Winity Points.
• Selection: 1 winner will be drawn after the Promotion Period ends (post 3 March 2026).

6. Exclusions & Reversals

Non-Qualifying Activity: ATM withdrawals, P2P transfers, fees, reversals, and cash-equivalent/restricted merchant categories (e.g., gambling).

Refunds: If a qualifying transaction is refunded or reversed, Winity may deduct the corresponding points and disqualify the user from related milestone/raffle entries.

7. Modification & Contact

Winity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time. We may withhold rewards where abuse or fraud is suspected.
