Introduction

These Campaign Terms govern your participation in the “Winter Bonus” promotion. By participating in this campaign (whether by depositing funds or utilizing bonus credits), you agree to these terms, which are integrated into WINITY’s general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

To participate, users must meet the requirements for one of the following categories:

• New Users:
  • Must have successfully passed KYC verification.
  • Must have their WINITY Card issued on or after January 16, 2026.
  • Must make a first-time deposit of at least $10.00 USD.
• Existing Users:
  • Must be a registered user with a valid WINITY Card issued prior to January 16, 2026.
  • Must make a single successful deposit on or after January 16, 2026, of at least $25.00 USD.
• One Account Limit: This promotional offer is limited to one redemption per individual user.

2. Qualifying “Activity” Criteria

The reward will be unlocked only when the eligible User completes the following steps within 7 days of their qualifying deposit:

• The Deposit: Completes the minimum required deposit as outlined in Section 1.
• The Spend: Completes at least 1 card transaction (online or point-of-sale) using their Winity Visa® Card.

Note: Transactions are considered valid once fully settled. ATM withdrawals, and transactions that are subsequently refunded or reversed do not count toward the transaction requirement.

3. Reward Structure

• The Bonus: Upon meeting the Qualifying Activity Criteria, the User will receive a $5.00 USD cash reward.
• Distribution: Rewards are credited directly to the user’s Winity wallet within 5-7 business days after the spend requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Usage: Bonus funds are strictly for card-based transactions (online or point-of-sale). Direct withdrawals of bonus funds to external wallets are not supported.

4. Termination and Modifications

• Right to Terminate: WINITY reserves the right to terminate these Campaign Terms or the promotion at any point for any reason, with reasonable notice.
• Modifications: WINITY reserves the right to change the reward amount, the deposit threshold, or the transaction requirements or any other terms and conditions of this campaign at its sole discretion. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
• Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate transaction counts (e.g., wash trading) or using fake accounts will result in immediate disqualification and potential account suspension.

5. Legal Provisions

• Liability: WINITY’s maximum liability for damages under these terms is limited to the value of the specific Bonus Credit in question.
• Taxes: Participants are solely responsible for any tax reporting or obligations resulting from the receipt of cash bonuses.
• Data Privacy: Personal data collected during this program is handled in accordance with the WINITY Privacy Policy and in compliance with all applicable laws.

By your continued use of this site and its associated services, you unequivocally waive your right completely to avail yourself to any class action remedies or to commence any class action proceedings against WINITY.
