Registration
- Enter your phone number in the app.
- Enter the OTP received on the given phone number to access the app.
Identity Verification
- Verify your email ID with the OTP sent to your inbox.
- Provide personal details — name, date of birth, and address.
- Upload your identification document (National Identity Card, Driving License, or Passport).
- Take a selfie (Face Capture) as prompted by the application.
- Submit the documents for verification.
- Wait for the documents to get approved
- Once approved, your application will proceed for card issuance.
Identity verification (KYC) is usually completed within minutes and may vary depending on review requirements.
The Winity card is broadly available across many countries.
Anyone who meets the following criteria can apply for a Winity Card:
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have successfully completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
- You are a resident of a supported (non-restricted) country.

Your information will be kept confidential in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and regulatory requirements in Hongkong. All data shared during the KYC process is encrypted and stored securely in compliance.
Yes, you can update your KYC details at a later stage. However, please note that a card will only be issued once your Identity Verification (KYC) has been successfully completed.
Registration

Winity offer two types of cards, Exclusive and Executive, and both are available in virtual and physical formats. The Exclusive card comes with a free virtual card, while the Executive card includes both a free virtual card and a premium metal physical card.
The Winity Card can be used across 150 million merchants globally where Visa cards are accepted.
- Open the Google Pay app on your phone.
- Tap on Add a Payment Method or Add Pay with Card option.
- Enter your Winity Card details (card number, expiry date, CVV).
- Verify your card through the OTP sent to your registered phone or email.
- Once verified, your Winity Card will be added to Google Pay and ready for use.
Your Winity Card can now be used seamlessly for contactless payments and online transactions through Google Pay.
A Wallet Address is your unique blockchain address for receiving funds. In the Winity Life app, your wallet addresses can be fetched from the Deposit option on the main home page, with a separate address shown for each network.
You can view your balance directly on the main home page, where the balance for each card is shown under the respective card.
Your recent transactions also appear in the activity section. For more details, go to the Transactions section, where you can filter by card, time period, or type of transaction such as deposits, spends, and rewards.
The Winity Life app supports deposits through traditional methods like bank transfers and supported digital assets. Stablecoins such as USDT and USDC are supported with no additional deposit fees. Other supported assets may be subject to network or conversion fees depending on the asset and blockchain network.
Winity Life app:
Open the Winity Life app and go to the Deposit section on the home page.
Select the network you want to use (a separate wallet address is shown for each supported network).
Copy the wallet address provided or scan the QR code displayed in the app.
Transfer your chosen digital currency to this address.
⚠️ Important: Always ensure you select the correct network and token before making a deposit. Using the wrong network may result in failed or lost transactions.
(Please note that when you transfer digital assets from an external wallet or exchange, sender-side blockchain gas fees may apply. These fees are charged by the network, not by Winity Life, and may result in a slightly lower received amount.)
Winity Life supports a wide range of digital currencies:
- Stablecoins: USDT, USDC
- Non-stable assets: WCO, ETH, BSC, POL, Tron and SOL.
- Supported networks: Ethereum, W Chain, Polygon, Tron, Solana, Binance Smart Chain.
You can withdraw funds at any ATM worldwide where Visa is accepted. The Winity Life App does not support withdrawal of funds in the form of digital assets.
Once your transfer is completed, your digital assets will appear in the Deposit section of the App. Your available balance will then be shown in USD for use with your Winity Card.
(Please Note: network gas fees may apply depending on the asset and network used)
Deposits in the Winity Life App are intended for Winity Card use, and withdraws back into digital assets are not supported. However, in exceptional cases, you may contact Winity Support to submit a review request. Our team will:
- Temporarily block your card to protect your balance.
- Review the relevant transactions and account activity.
- Confirm the eligible refundable amount after applicable fees and charges.
- Process the refund once you approve the confirmation email.
Following conditions will be applied while processing refunds in digital assets:
- Only the most recent deposit amount will be considered for review.
- A request will only be accepted if it is submitted immediately after the deposit. If any card transaction occurs after the deposit, the request cannot be processed.
- n case of a refund request, the final decision will rest with Winity Life.
Yes, a 5% fee is applied when depositing non-stable digital assets into your Winity wallet. This fee covers network and conversion charges associated with these transactions.

If a payment attempt is declined, we will notify you immediately. You may retry the transaction with the Winity Card after taking the following precautionary steps.

- Check that you have not exceeded any applicable transaction or daily spending limits.

Winity Card transactions are protected by advanced encryption and security protocols to keep your payments safe. Each transaction is processed through Visa’s global network, ensuring the highest standards of security and fraud protection.
Your balance is converted at the current market exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Winity automatically applies the prevailing rate to ensure transparency and accuracy when converting between digital assets and USD.
Winity offers attractive rewards on every purchase made using your card:
- Exclusive Card: Earn 1 Winity Point for every USD 10 spent
- Executive Card: Earn 1 Winity Point for every USD 8 spent
Your rewards are automatically credited as Winity Points, which can be viewed and tracked directly in the Winity Life app.

If you notice any suspicious activity, block your card immediately through the app or by contacting our support team at support@winity.life. Report the details to us as soon as possible so we can investigate and assist you further. Please share the transaction details with us so we can review the case and raise it with Visa for further investigation.
You will be asked to create a PIN during registration. If you wish to change it later, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Change PIN.
For online transactions, you would be required to provide biometric authentication on Winity Life App. You can enable biometrics under Settings > Privacy & Security > Enable/Disable Biometrics.
- Open the Winity Life app and go to the Home Page.
- Locate the card you want to freeze.
- Tap the “Freeze” icon displayed under the card.
- Confirm your action when prompted.
- Once confirmed, your card will freeze immediately and cannot be used for transactions.

1. When does the "Christmas That Keeps Giving" campaign run?
The campaign begins on December 20, 2025. All bonus funds received are valid for use through March 31, 2026.
2. How do I qualify for the $5.00 bonus?
Eligibility depends on your account status:
- New Users: Successfully complete KYC verification and make a first-time deposit of at least USD 10.00.
- Existing Users: Make a single successful deposit of at least USD 25.00 during the campaign period.

3. When will I receive my reward?

4. How can I use my bonus funds?
Bonus funds are strictly for card-based transactions, including online shopping or point-of-sale (POS) purchases using your Winity Card.
5. Can I withdraw the bonus or my deposit to an external wallet?
No. All granted bonuses are for spending via the Winity Card only. Direct withdrawals to external wallets are currently not supported.
6. What happens if I don't use the bonus by March 31, 2026?
Any unused bonus funds remaining in your account after March 31, 2026, will be forfeited and removed from your balance.
